This is just an assessment of the probable risk levels of digital addiction amongst the individuals and does not indicate the actual addiction. The responses would be assessed by a professional and deemed intervention provided. The survey is an attempt to help in early intervention if the case demands.
All assessments/interventions are done by qualified/certified domain experts who will deliver to the best of their ability. Hoopsters is the organisation that is involved purely in helping create awareness and is in no way responsible for any issues arising from the interventions by the experts.
The data collected is going to be used to purely to diagnose the risk levels of digital addiction in children and adults and will not be shared with anyone else outside of the community involved in research, intervention or support.
Individual results ( in case of a minor) will be shared with the parents and management ( in case of educational institutions and with individuals and the HR in case of corporates). In case of gated communities, depending on the age of the individual, the communication will vary.
Aggregated data analysis of all the students of a particular educational institution will be shared with the institution.
This data will not be used for anything other than the purpose mentioned for.
